Weekly Workout Free Diver Breathing Routine This breathing routine has had a massive impact on my ability (and clients) to utilize oxygen both in workouts and everyday life but has also made me conscious of the actual act of BREATHING which is truly fascinating especially when you start to make huge improvements with it. I would recommend downloading the Freedive App (free) and input the below workouts. The app will talk to you allowing you to focus 100% on your breathing. There are hundreds of routines that can be custom tailored to the client but here is a beginner routine and advanced, good luck! They are amazing! Random Well the Coronavirus has toasted the stock market and put fear into millions of people. But should it? Rest easy my friends, and take a look at the chart below. Even if you DID contract the virus you have a TINY fraction of a chance of dying from it. So eat your veggies, move, get some sunshine, and resist the temptation to lick public bathroom doorknobs. Fear not what the news scares you with.
Have an amazing weekend everyone!
P.S.+ Co-Movement trainer Jacob Wratten released his first book I. Wave. and its available on amazon, support local products! Preview: "The thoughts and feelings contained within these pages offer the reader a vision of Man-kind at odds with its own creations. There are thoughts on life and the progression through it, however clumsy and indelicate it may be. There are stories of love, both the sad longing for connection and the joy of true, patient, and silly romance. There are light-hearted observations about the reality of completing life’s necessary chores and also the blueprints to a disciplined mind devoted to empathy, rather than brute force, as a means of achieving goals. All are meant to be interpreted metaphorically, literally, seriously, and not-seriously. The point is that there is no point; until we each individually decide there is." -A.M.B
