Andrew Ciepy
Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Utica College, as well as a Physical Therapist Assistant license from HCCC. He is a lifelong learner with passionate interests in nutrition, longevity, strength training, and endurance sports. Andrew loves educating, and helping people find new ways to pursue their health and movement goals. Outside of the gym, Andrew’s favorite hobbies include rock climbing, long distance running, hiking, and camping in the Adirondacks.

Stephen Potter
Stephen has been a local to our community his whole life and has a passion for strength training, nutrition, and teaching others how to improve longevity. Stephen has trained in athletics since childhood and coached numerous clients, making him a well-rounded knowledgeable coach. Stephen is a 2-time Monster bench press champion in 2 different weight classes, has multiple sectional championships in golf and has completed the Co-Movement 12-week intensive trainers' program. Stephen prides himself in being a lifelong student of the fitness industry. Always researching new exercise studies, health studies, and supplement industry breakthroughs.
Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 kids, playing golf and softball in the summer.

Joshua Lewis
Josh completed the OPEX C.C.P. program design, assessment and life coaching modules. He competed in the 2008 Crossfit Games along with numerous regional and sectional competitions. Josh was coached by Israeli movement coach Ido Portal for 3 years and attended The Corset, Movement X and Motion seminars with Ido’s team. Josh is a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Len Sonia and currently attempting the 47 Laker Adirondack Challenge which consist of swimming 1 or more miles across 47 different Adirondack Lakes, unaided with no wet suit. Josh has completed several triathlons in Upstate NY.
Josh attended Utica College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He founded Co-Movement Gym in 2011 which specializes in customized private coaching and remote programming working with hundreds of clients across the globe. Josh has written for Hamilton Colleges Wellness Newsletter in 20+ publications, coached students and staff at Hamilton College on Co-Movements training method and was a health column contributor for the Waterville Times weekly newspaper. In addition, Co-Movement offers a unique spread of additional services for its community such as its Farm Share Program, the Co-Movement Gym Podcast, the Brookfield Classic Trail Race and the Fit Kids Fit Future curriculum which Josh co-founded and trained 75 grade schools with their unique Health and Physical Education curriculum.

Michael S. Babula Jr., RN, CCRN, FNP
A lifelong Central New York resident, Michael Babula has dedicated over a decade to healthcare. After earning a bachelor's in Health Service Management from SUNY Polytechnic and an RN from St. Elizabeth College of Nursing, he gained valuable experience in the ICU, ER, and Vascular Access. He later earned a Master’s degree in Nursing from SUNY Polytechnic, specializing in Family Medicine. After a personal battle with cancer, Michael became passionate about preventive health, combining his professional expertise with his love for fitness. Post-treatment, he completed numerous endurance events, earned a blue belt in jiu-jitsu, and joined the US Army. Today, Michael is committed to optimizing health and wellness for others using advanced medical tools and metrics. He lives in CNY with his wife, Melissa, and their four children.
