Congratulations to Marshall Peck on being nominated for Co-Movements February Client of the Month. Marshall works long days but finds the time to get to the gym. Marshall has checked off numerous milestones during his journey such as muscle ups, forward ring rolls, Turkish get ups, and has put on 10lbs of lean muscle.
How did you hear about Co-Movement?
I actually followed Co-Movement when it was first being formed because I was part of the original Garage Gym before I went to college in 2011/12
Tell us a little bit about your background and what brought you to Co-Movement, when did you start?
I started at Co-Movement in September 2018. I’m a dairy farmer and the work that I do is full of constant bending and picking things up. I was looking for a program that would allow me to do my work easier, with no pain, and that would provide me with the tools to live a high functioning life.
What is your favorite music you listen to when you are moving?
The music I listen to definitely depends on the workout but most of the time I listen to hard rock.
Name one favorite meal or snack that you enjoy the most.
My favorite meal right now is steak with brown rice and brussels sprouts.
What is your most memorable moment at Co-Movement?
My most memorable moment thus far is when I got my first strict muscle-up on the gymnastic rings.
What would you tell someone looking at joining Co-Movement?
I would tell them that it will change the way you view fitness. If you’re looking to improve on all areas of your health then Co-Movement is the place for you!
