Congratulations to Jacob Barth for being nominated the October Co-Movement Client of the Month! Jacob started with Co-Movement 2 years ago attending 3 private sessions a week during the off season and 2 private sessions a week during the season. He has gained 35lb of muscle mass and significantly improved his strength and mobility while working with his trainer Jake Wratten. Jake has committed to Castleton University in Vermont and will be majoring in Athletic Training. He has been recruited for soccer and will be playing in the Fall of 2021. Congratulations Jake!! I heard about Co-movement through family members that belong to the gym.
Tell us a little bit about your background and what brought you to Co-movement, when did u start?
I am a high-school soccer athlete. I went to Co-movement because I needed to improve my flexibility and gain muscle at the same time.
Name one favorite meal or snack that you enjoy the most.
New York Strip Steak and potatoes
What is your most memorable moment at Co-movement?
My most memorable moment at Co-movement is when my trainer Jake and I were kicking a soccer ball in the gym and HE knocked over the chalk stand and knocked the temperature dial off the wall.
What would you tell someone looking at joining Co-movement?
