Monthly Workout/Challenge:

Accumulate 3 minutes in a chest to wall handstand

Get yourself into position, holding a chest to wall handstand. Your goal is to accumulate 3 minutes in this position. Remember the clock keeps running as you rest. Your score is the overall time it takes you to accumulate 3 minutes. I would keep a pencil and paper near you to write down your work sets so you can keep track of the 3 minutes. Current record is 3:57.

Gene started working with trainer Andy Cieply 2 months ago and has seen tremendous improvements in strength and flexibility. Gene biggest accomplishment thus far has been his push up strength. When he started he was able to complete 2 good pushups. Last week he did 10, 10 , and 9 reps in his workout. Congrats Gene! We look forward to your continued success!
