Monthly Workout/Challenge: We listened to our readers and the overwhelmingly majority requested workouts that were more beginner friendly and less "beast mode". Thank you for the feedback! Your requests will be fulfilled.

The EasyFit Challenge

Over the last few months Co-Movement has been hard at work creating easy to follow and highly effective challenge for individuals who want to jump-start a healthy routine or improve upon positive changes they have already made. You can start the EasyFit Challenge at any time and the rules are easy to follow: Challenge Rules: #1 Each week accumulate 10 miles of walking or running outside. #2 Each week choose one day and fast for an entire 24 hours. #3 For 28 days you will only drink water, black coffee or tea (for your liquids).

** Disclaimer, do NOT fast for 28 days. The #3 rule is for your LIQUIDS that you consume, it can only be water, black coffee or tea** All we ask is for participants to take at least one photo per week of their experience, post on social media, and Tag Co-Movement Gym and the EasyFit Challenge: #easyfitchallenge #co-movement Many people, and a few local companies have started implementing this challenge and the results speak for themselves! Everyone can benefit from this challenge regardless of skill level, and is an easy/effective way to break through some weight loss plateaus without the risk of effecting your current workout routine. No excuses! Take that first step and put this challenge to the test! Click HERE to join our EasyFit Challenge Group on Facebook!

Website Description

The Facebook Group provides a community where you can get feedback from others just like you who are currently going through the challenge, completed the challenge, or are going through the challenge again!

Community Highlight:

The strawberries at Blunts Berries in Deansboro are almost ready to be picked! I sampled them last weekend and they are delicious! No pesticides, insecticides or anything else that will make you grow a second head is applied to them.

2645 State Route 315, Deansboro. Pull in by the yellow train station and take the driveway all the way to the back.

Lombardi Chiropractic in Oneida is accepting new clients! Dr. Pete has been my personal chiropractor since 2013 and I attribute much of my health and mobility to his expertise!

Client Highlight:

Friend, gymnast, coach, client and athlete David Gleeson has committed to New Mexico Military Institute and will be attending in the Fall of 2021.

Client Jack slammed this trophy turkey this hunting season. At 14 years old Jack is quite the outdoorsman.

Our loving and loyal dog Rondax turned 14 June 5th. We had fireworks, a cake, party and a bounce house. To say he's special is an understatement.

Our son Asher turned 8 June 8th. He loved his broccoli and spinach cake. This famous recipe is 2 cups broccoli, 2 cups spinach, 1 cup of water, 1 egg and blended on high for 5 minutes. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and BAM, a great cake to get any party started on a high note!

Quote I'm Pondering:

"If when cooking you will think of yourselves as the chemist that you are, combining different ingredients into a food that will properly nourish human bodies, then the work takes on a dignity and an interest. And surely a family well nourished with healthful food so that the boys and girls grow up strong and beautiful, while their elders reach a hale old age, is no small thing."

-Laura Ingalls Wilder

What I'm reading, listening, watching or eating:

This video does an excellent job explaining how the chemicals applied to your food and the soil impact your physical and mental health. I highly recommend giving this a listen too if you are concerned about the quality of food you are putting into your mouth.

What's for sale on the Farm?

Over the past month we have had the pleasure of hearing from many of you who are passionate about supporting and consuming pasture raised, grass-fed meat. Its refreshing to know that consumer awareness is increasing around the differences of industrial meat vs. pasture raised and also animal welfare. I posted these two pictures a few weeks ago which had quite an impact on some of you.

The choice is yours folks. Where you spend your dollars determines the industries that thrive and survive. If you believe in small, regenerative, organic farms then support exactly that.

Monday and Tuesday are order day so please email us your weekly order. Once your order is filled we will email you to pick-up at the farm. If your order exceeds $200 and you live within 10 miles of 13425 we will deliver. We have heard from some businesses that are interested in monthly drop offs. We can do that, we just ask that you organize your orders and send to us as one email and complete the online check out. We will arrange a drop off day/time that works for everyone and bring our product directly to you! (if order size is large enough)

Our website shopping cart IS LIVE allowing you to checkout with your credit card. All our products can be found on our website page here. Email info@co-movement.com to receive the site password. Also the beginning of July our Farm Shed will be setup at 2554 Skyline Drive, Oriskany Falls making pick-up for members very easy and convenient. Local organic produce, pasture raised eggs and other local items will be available including a free produce section for families in need.
