The Longest Round:

60 seconds of Sumo Deadlift (185/135lb)- You can not touch floor or lock out at the top

90 seconds of front leaning rest on rings- rings turned out

90 seconds of weighted horse stance (30/15lb)

60 seconds finger tip farmers carry (70/45lb)

60 seconds per arm, one arm overhead DB holds (40/25lb)

30 seconds of rope climb- Continually move up and down

30 seconds of Sumo Deadlift (185/135lb)

**Rest exactly 15 seconds between sets**
