We have had a strong demand for group class to start back up at Co-Movement, and now has never been a better time!!
What: 45-minute group sessions with Co-Movement and NASM certified Coach Liz Niedhart. Training sessions will be focused on full body functional strength, mobility and aerobic training. Co-Movement training methods are unique, powerful and have produced amazing results, for all ages over the last 12 years.
When: Tuesdays 6:00 PM, Saturdays 8:30 AM
Who: Beginner to intermediate abilities, any age
Investment: 2x/week $109/month ($12/class), 1x/week $69/month ($16/class). Membership includes 7 days per week access to open gym and sauna use.
Limit: We are limiting classes to 5-7 people making the experience personable, effective and enjoyable.
