In 2011 an entrepreneurial dream was born. Our small backyard gym in Upstate NY was built, a 900 square foot garage made up of used gym equipment, no bathroom or heat. It radiated an energy that spoke to unconventional, unique and brave individuals and resulted in clients showing up one after another.  It has now grown into a community fixated on health, personal growth and adventure that stretches throughout the U.S. and beyond.

Our new state of the art headquarters is located on beautiful Skyline Drive in Oriskany Falls NY just 8 minutes outside of the village of Clinton and 15 minutes from the Village of Hamilton. Our facility is a private sanctuary that faces south with plenty of natural sunlight and a breathtaking scenic view. The facility is designed for your comfort and ability to dive deep into your physical and mental practice with amenities such as radiant floor heating, hardwood floors, community CSA, infrared hemlock sauna, full bathroom, and fire pit for those summer sunsets….. a perfect environment for forging friendships and future adventures.
